I’m Kristen Santos.

I help adults with ADHD,AuDHD & Autism build lives that fit.

I work with adults who are tired of trying to squeeze themselves into systems that weren't made for them. We explore how your brain works, what you actually need, and how to create a life that aligns with your values and your nervous system.

Who are you, really?

Together we’ll uncover how your brain works, why certain patterns keep showing up, and what it means for you to live in a way that actually works.

What do you care about?

We’ll explore your values and priorities—not the ones others expect of you—and use them as a foundation for designing your life.

Gain the skills and strategies to thrive.

Instead of one-size-fits-all fixes, you’ll craft tools and approaches that match your wiring, so you can move through life with more confidence and ease.

about kristen

I'm a licensed occupational therapist, certified ADHD-Rehabilitation Services Provider (ADHD-RSP), and Co-Active trained life coach with a Master's in Leadership. My background includes hands-on patient care, team leadership, and healthcare management.

Through Kristen Coached Me, I combine my professional expertise with my personal experience as someone with AuDHD to help adults with ADHD, AuDHD, and autism create lives that feel both authentic and sustainable.

No medication, planner, or app will help if you’re still trying to change who you are.

Why I Coach

I spent years undiagnosed, believing something was wrong with me, pushing through exhaustion until I finally burned out.

Learning about my AuDHD changed everything—I realized I didn’t need to fit into others’ expectations but to build a life that fit me best. Now I help others do the same.

Ways to work with me

Individual Coaching for Adults

For adults seeking highly customized, individual support

Personalized coaching for personal and professional growth, grounded in Co-Active Coaching and the latest strategies for ADHD, AuDHD, and Autism.

Focus:
Understanding how your brain works and crafting approaches that help you thrive—because you don’t need fixing, just strategies that fit you.

Format:
1:1 sessions online or in person (Atlanta area), tailored to your needs, with access to resources that support your goals—from college to retirement.

Outcome:
A clearer sense of self, strategies that actually work for you, and a more authentic, fulfilling life.

Group Coaching for Adults

For adults seeking a lower-cost, high-value group experience

A structured yet flexible group where you’ll explore the “why” behind ADHD/AuDHD struggles, connect with others who get it, and try out new strategies together.

Focus:
Understand your ADHD/AuDHD strengths and challenges, work on real-life problems in community, and learn practical tools for daily life.

Format:
Online group coaching sessions with occasional custom resources and handouts to support your growth.

Outcome:
A deeper understanding of yourself in the context of community and strategies that fit you. I don’t tell you what to do—together, we craft approaches you believe may work for your life.

Neurodiversity in the Workplace

For organizations supporting neurodivergent professionals

Group coaching helps ADHD and autistic employees (and everyone else) build strategies for focus, communication, and collaboration—while giving managers tools for inclusive leadership.

Focus:
Neuro-affirming strategies that strengthen executive function, communication, and workplace belonging.

Format:
Interactive group sessions or multi-week series tailored to your organization.

Outcome:
Improved engagement, retention, and confidence—for both employees and leaders.

Coaching works when the fit feels right.

The most important factor in coaching isn’t the coach’s skills—it’s whether you feel understood and aligned.

Bring a challenge, and I’ll listen. Together we’ll see if it’s a good fit—if not, I’ll share resources to support you.

Shall we work together?

What if your brain wasn’t the problem—but the strategies you’ve been given were?

Where in your life are you tired of pushing, forcing, or masking?

How would it feel to finally have approaches that fit you?

how can i help?
